WRACK FORGE TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of games, applications, websites, and related services provided by Wrack Forge Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. (“Wrack Forge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services”.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You may use our Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.
If you are below the age at which you may independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf where required by law.
2. Guest Accounts
Some of our Services may allow you to play using a guest account.
Guest accounts may be associated with:
A particular installation
A device
An internal player identifier
Unless the applicable Service provides an account recovery or account-linking feature, game progress associated with a guest account may be lost if you:
Delete the application
Clear application data
Reset your device
Replace your device
Lose access to your device
Remove locally stored account information
Wrack Forge is not responsible for loss of guest account progress where recovery is not technically available, except where required by applicable law.
3. User Accounts
If registered accounts or third-party login methods are made available, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.
You may not:
Sell your account
Purchase another user’s account
Transfer your account without authorization
Share account access for abusive purposes
Impersonate another person
Access another user’s account without authorization
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, Wrack Forge grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Services or any related content.
5. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
Our Services may include:
Virtual currencies
Virtual goods
Cosmetic items
Boosts
Rewards
Digital collectibles
Other in-game items
Collectively, these are referred to as “Virtual Items”.
Virtual Items:
Have no monetary value outside the applicable Service
Are licensed rather than sold
May not be exchanged for cash unless expressly required by law
May be modified, balanced, restricted, or discontinued as part of normal game operation
You may not sell, transfer, exchange, or trade Virtual Items outside mechanisms expressly provided by Wrack Forge.
6. Purchases
Purchases may be processed through third-party platforms including:
Apple App Store
Google Play
Purchases are also subject to the applicable platform’s payment and refund rules.
Except where required by applicable law or platform policy, purchases may be non-refundable.
7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
You must not interfere with the normal operation, fairness, or integrity of our Services.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Cheating
Using unauthorized software
Using unauthorized scripts
Using unauthorized bots
Exploiting bugs
Abusing glitches
Manipulating matchmaking
Manipulating rankings
Manipulating leaderboards
Fraud
Payment abuse
Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
Interfering with servers or networks
Reverse engineering except where permitted by law
Harassing other users
Threatening other users
Hate speech
Impersonation
Spamming
Scamming
Abuse of reporting systems
Circumventing moderation systems
We may investigate suspected violations.
8. Multiplayer and Matchmaking
Our Services may use matchmaking systems designed to create appropriate matches based on factors such as:
Skill level
Availability
Connection quality
Progression
Geographic region
Matchmaking history
Other gameplay characteristics
We do not guarantee that every match will be against another human player.
Our games may use:
Bots
Automated opponents
Simulated players
Artificial intelligence systems
These may be used for purposes including:
Match availability
Onboarding
Testing
Game balance
Player experience
Matchmaking
9. Player Communications
Our Services may provide in-game chat or other communication features.
You are responsible for content you send through these features.
You must not use communication features to:
Harass other users
Threaten other users
Engage in hate speech
Engage in discriminatory abuse
Send sexually exploitative content
Send illegal content
Share another person’s personal information without authorization
Spam other users
Promote scams
Commit fraud
Impersonate another person
Encourage illegal activity
Circumvent moderation systems
We may:
Review communications
Moderate communications
Restrict communications
Hide communications
Remove communications
Suspend chat access
Terminate access to communication features
where reasonably necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms.
Players may have access to reporting or blocking features where provided by the applicable Service.
10. User Content
Our Services may allow you to create, submit, transmit, upload, or display content, including:
Usernames
Messages
Profile information
Player-generated text
Other user-generated content
Collectively, this is referred to as “User Content”.
You retain ownership of rights you legally hold in your User Content.
You grant Wrack Forge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, moderate, and use User Content to the extent reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Services
Moderate the Services
Protect users
Investigate reports
Improve the Services
Enforce these Terms
You must not submit User Content that is:
Illegal
Infringing
Threatening
Abusive
Hateful
Sexually exploitative
Fraudulent
Deceptive
Otherwise in violation of these Terms
11. Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content, including:
Software
Source code
Game systems
Characters
Artwork
Animations
Music
Sound
Text
Logos
Trademarks
User interfaces
Game assets
Virtual Items
are owned by or licensed to Wrack Forge and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these rights to you.
12. Updates and Changes to the Services
Our games may evolve over time.
We may:
Add features
Remove features
Modify gameplay
Rebalance game systems
Change rewards
Modify Virtual Items
Adjust matchmaking
Introduce new systems
Perform maintenance
Discontinue features
Discontinue a Service
Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice regarding material changes.
13. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to:

Updates
Technical problems
Infrastructure failures
Security incidents
Network issues
Events outside our reasonable control
14. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where reasonably necessary due to:
Violation of these Terms
Cheating
Fraud
Abuse
Security threats
Legal requirements
Protection of users
Protection of our Services
Discontinuation of a Service
Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
15. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be:
Uninterrupted
Error-free
Secure
Free from technical defects
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wrack Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Wrack Forge Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms where necessary to reflect:

New features
Legal requirements
Security requirements
Operational changes
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
