Request account and data deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your Dice Road account, including a guest account, and its associated personal data by emailing contact@wrackforge.com. You do not need to reinstall the game to submit a request.
How to submit your request
1. Email contact@wrackforge.com with the subject Dice Road Account Deletion Request.
2. Tell us that you want your Dice Road account and associated data permanently deleted. Include your Player ID if available. If you cannot access your Player ID or the game, contact us anyway so we can help identify your account.
3. We may ask for additional information to verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. Do not send passwords or full payment card details.
When your data is deleted
Account deletion is completed within 21 days after your request has been verified. During this period, your account and associated data may remain in our systems while the request is processed.
What is deleted
We permanently delete your account and the personal data associated with it in our systems, including your player profile and identifiers, game progress, virtual currency balances and items, match history, rankings, gameplay statistics, account settings, and other account-linked records.
After deletion is complete, we do not retain your account or its associated personal data. The deleted account, progress, virtual currency, and items cannot be restored.
Uninstalling the game
Uninstalling Dice Road or clearing its local data does not delete your account or data stored on our servers. Please submit an account deletion request using the email address above.
